It was close as I love the 50-200 and 7-14 as well.

This one\'s with the EC14. Red Kites in flight.

My favorite is the 50-200. I adore this lens. If I could have no other lens, this would be the one I would choose

Here is one from The Bristol Nascar race. It was dark out, this was shot at ISO 1600 and I was waaaaaay up in the stands. The focal length was 200mm, shot at F 3.5 and 1/200th of a second

And one at 158mm F4.5 1/320th shooting flowers. You should see this at a larger resolution. What a wonderful and versatile lens for the money

Hope to have the 150 f2 soon, meanwhile the 40-150 is satisfying me.

It\'d be very unfair to pick one lens, as each one performs so well when needed. That\'s why when I\'m out and about, I take every lens with me.

However, if I can\'t take every lens with me, then more often or not, I take along the 14-54mm. Does that make it my favourite? It\'s certainly fairly versatile:

OK, what did I do? I noticed after I changed things, that you\'d obviously fixed my linking mistake and now it\'s stuffed again.

Cheers

Ray

Thank you!

Here it is
You hit the (img) button at top. Change the size of the image (To like 350) Past the link and then hit (img) button again.
It is simple once you know how to do it. Does that help?
You were hitting (url) button. That inserts a link to a URL.

Yes. I realised when the image didn\'t come up first and then I realised that you needed to click the img tag. I must have done something wrong the second time (after you\'d already fixed things).

Thanks

Ray

Favorite, none. I\'ve always looked at a situation and decide what to use, or thought about what I\'m going to be shooting and then decide what I\'m going to take with me.

For instance, when I went up in a helicopter I took my .66x wide converter (for my C-700, E-system didn\'t exist yet)...I didn\'t say, \"my 2.2x tele converter is my favourite so I\'ll take that.\" Would have totally ruined what I wanted. BTW, the 2.2x isn\'t my favourie, just another tool.

Like Ian said in another message, they\'re just tools, there\'s no emotional attachment.

It\'s like asking, \"which do I like better, my hammer, or my cordless drill?\" Both can make holes, both can drive in screws (if you hammer in the screw), both can hammer in nails (albeit ruining the drill casing in the process).

Is my E-300 the favourite...actually I used my C-700 yesterday. I may get the C-750 to replace the C-700.

pxielmaniaman, You can always stitch 2 images together. It will save you from cropping a lot. For widest I really like the 11-22mm.
Mikefellh I agree, but my favorite lens is........ I am still thinking about it.

Just spent 2 hours with a guy who wants to buy a digital P&S..but with the results, ens range and ability of an E-1..oh boy...

My favorite is the 50mm f2 macro lens, I got my "Ghetto Cam" for taking pics of my daughter and at first I did it with the 40-150mm also a very good lens...

I would have to say the 14-54. I am sure if I had the 50mm, that would be the #1 lens for me.

I'm with the majority I use the 14-54 probably 70% of the time, due in large part to it's flexibility for any given photo op. That said, my 2 favourite lenses are the 7-14 & 150. The 7-14 because I've always been a wide angle freak (one of the reasons I left the Nikon camp 3 years ago) and the 150 because it's tack sharp

My biggest disappointment from this years PMA show was the no-show 14-35 f/2. This lens would be my #1 lens hands down !!! :wall:

I think my favorite lens is, the 35-100mm.
Its sharp, and great range. And its a F2.0!!!
Not bad.

I don't have a favorite lens but the most used and most versatile gotta be the 14-54mm ...Here's a shot of St James Park in London captured a few moons ago, no pun intended

I have only the 14-54 and the 50-200. I spent the past few weeks with the 14-54 on my E-500, and although it's a nice fast lens, I find I have missed the sharpness of the 50-200. I think I just might weld it to my camera.

This is my favorite shot so far with the 50-200, my dog Ryuu/Boo-boo:

(200mm, F/3.5, 1/800 sec., ISO 100, significantly cropped)

I would have to say my favorite lens is the 50-200. It's on my E1 100% of the time. Ok----it's also the only lens I have at the moment. I still use my E10 for the wide stuff right now.

I have many good lenses but I must admit that the Zuiko Digital ED 50-200/2.8-3.5 takes some nice photographs:
