If anyone has a 7-14 mm and could take a quick shot of the horizon line at 7mm and one at 14mm, I\'d sure appreciate it.

sorry, I see the pic lost a bit of quality due to the cropping for the web - have to work on it...
but hope you can see a bit of what interests you,

:) could show you a lot of photos as I\'m living here since 1998, but only have my 7-14mm for a couple of days now and Lufthansa didn\'t allow me to go out shooting too much ;)
but I\'ll be off to a short holliday trip into South African \"Outback\" for a couple o days from Sunday - hope to do more with my new jewel :)
but here is another shot with 8mm, done one morning on a \"doggy-walk\" before going to work... http://fourthirdsphoto.com/components/com_simpleboard/uploaded/images/P9197288w.JPG

:) You will not regret, at first I thought it\'l be too heavy and bulky but at first sight when I hold it in hand I felt very common with it as I used to work with the 24mm shift which is similar in width and somhow feels same - also the big ball of front lens is nearly the same ;)
the images are really great - will post some more if you gimme some time :P
and it gives you really the wide feeling used to have on a 2.0 21mm Zuiko of my good ol Oly OM 4-Ti ...
happy shooting and best regards,
Jan

Beautiful Shots.....
That is exactly what I wanted.
The depth of field interests me.
Just one question......
Do you use auto focus or do you use the hyperfocus when you shoot those wide shots?

Hi, the focusing on it is very little. Its marked for 1 M and then infinity. So There isn\'t much to focus room.
