I did email Corel about why their builtin converter did not recognize E-300 RAW files. They emailed back saying that new cameras are added with updates and did ask for me to ftp a couple of RAW files for them to examine. Glad to see that customer service is not dead up there and they are willing to look at things.

This is a nice to use Photo editor, the learning center taskbar is handy when you forget where or what you want to do. Funny thing about the E-300 problem you have...
