I think the Preview button should be used more often. This lets posters see how their message will look like in a separate pop-up window instead of making several posts which seems to be happening a lot.

Another tip, you can put a code within a code as many times as you want. For example, a bolded, italicized and underlined sentence.

[ b ] [ i ] [ u ] This sentence is bolded, italicized and underlined. [ /u ] [ /i ] [ /b ]

Once the spaces in the code is removed, it will show up as:

This sentence is bolded, italicized and underlined.

This is very useful when making images into links using the [ url= ] and [ img ] tags. Like so:

http://fourthirdsphoto.com/templates/JavaBean/images/43_photo.jpg (http://fourthirdsphoto.com/templates/JavaBean/images/43_photo.jpg)

And yes, I used the Preview function to make sure everything was correct.

gunnerx,

I must be doing something wrong as I can never see the images when I do a preview.

For the logo the code looked like this:
http://fourthirdsphoto.com/components/com_simpleboard/uploaded/images/1.jpg

Also I must admit that for some browsers the preview function is buggy.....
I am working on it.
Lawrence what browser are you using? FF?

I\'m using FF and haven\'t encountered any problems.

Lawrence, do you notice the problem when you are linking an image from a website or did you mean when you attach an image using the Browse button below?

I just tried attaching an image and clicked on preview and it does not seem to upload that image unless you click on the submit button. I should try it on IE to see if it works.
