google ads

Well we have been trying google ads on the site for a couple months here, to help pay hosting costs. Make about $25 a month off of them, hosting costs about $100 for the 2 servers.
3/4 of the time, their is crap in them, but I am thinking of switching over to more amazon ads. For those the site gets 4% of sales revenue.
What do you guys think keep these? Or move on? Of course if the site had a corporate sponsor, then we would not need any ads. But maybe some day. Or a rich friend?

I would say go with the one that brings in the most $$$$$$$$

But then if we just could get a dollar a month donation from each user it would really be covered, right ??????

That is true :D
We are doing much much better to cover the costs, especially after this fund raiser.
The site is doing very very well, much better than I even imagined.
