LR4/Photomatix compatibility

Has anyone noticed a compatibility issue with LR4 and Photomatix Pro? I was processing some HDRs that I shot with my E-600 yesterday. When I import into LR, I change them to DNGs. Never been an issue when using LR3. When I tried to make the HDRs in Photomatix, there were serious registration errors in every image. All shots were taken on a tripod, as always, so I know that wasn't the issue. I was photographing my house, and you could see the roof wasn't lining up with itself. It was like someone move the roof over to the right. Also, at the bottom of the image was a black area, which wasn't part of the originals. To check this, I imported the images into LR3 and redid the HDRs, and all came out perfect. Anyone else have this problem? I want to check before I pony up the $$ for the upgrade. At this point, I don't think I'm going to upgrade. BTW, I'm using a Mac, running Snow Leopard.

I currently use Photomatix Pro 4.1.1 (though just realized there's a 4.1.4 out there, just downloaded it) and LR4. I use the LR plugin for exporting to Photomatix and also returning the photo back into LR after tonemapping. No issues at all, though I'm not using DNG, just RAW (NEF).

What exactly is your issue? You're unable to convert to DNG, or something else?

I don't see any problem (3 ORF files, LR4, Photomatix 4.1.4).

Nope. It converted to DNG just fine. When I go to Photomatix, I don't use the plugin, I use the program in it own, then import the photos back to LR.

I didn't save the images, unfortunately. The only way I can describe the problem is this: imagine the image sliced horizontally 4-5 times straight across, then each section slide to the right from the previous section. I've never seen that before.

I've been using LR3 since it came out, and making HDRs using Photomatix for a while as well. I've used ORF and DNG files with no issues until this one.

FWIW, I also used HDR Expose with those files and had the same problem, which to me says there's an issue with LR4, at east for me.

Tried DNG's now, to answer your question. No problem. The OS is Win7 64bit.
