A remarkable lens from The Other Side (DDR), very sharp wide open, well made with excellent bright colors and lots of contrast. The optics in this lens are very good. It is of a standard look and it design. The aperture ring is in half stops. It's bokeh is good and color rendering are brilliant and it's as sharp as a razor. . I think this is a great lens and it is one of the lowest cost Zeiss available on on ebay.
