Pros: GREAT zoom range; nice and size weight - especially considering the zoom range; comparable AF speed - atleast compared to the other mid-range Oly zooms I have used; build/action feels very nice (but see Cons)
Cons: build is good - though not as good as the higher end Oly lens (not weather sealed); slow max aperture at tele end
Price: $439.95 at Adorama (Bought before the upcoming Oly $50 rebate but will probably be able to get a later dated receipt from my salesperson)
Other: Got this lens as basically a travel/vacation lens (I don't like to schlepp everything when I go away.) Maybe not as sharp as some of the other Oly zooms/primes, but great within it's limitations. Very happy with the purchase.

Pros: I recently obtained the 18-180mm f3.5-6.3 for my e-volt 330 and it has great zoom range, AF is really good, design/constuction is really good . I use it for every day nature, landscape shots. I have used it with the ex-25 extention tube with fair results.
Cons:It is heavy and should be used with a tripod for best results. Sharpness at full zoom 180mm has softness around image edges.
price paid:I think Lens is a little pricey for it's quality, I paid $434.95 new at Video Direct.
Other info:Make sure you send in correct UPC bar code for your $50.00 rebate... (I lost out on that one) :(
Other then the above mention cons, I still feel the 18-180mm f3.5-6.3 is a really good
lens.

image shot: using e-330 body with attached 18-180mm f3.5-6.3 lens,
setting at AF,1/180 s at f6.3... iso 100, focal length 180mm.

The second image is recent with the e-330/18-180mm, settings are iso 200,1/30s at f/5.6, focus length 77mm.
