Hello,

I bought an E500 last week and thought I'd say hello.

The manual control and advanced features drew me in, I'm still wondering if I have done the right thing given the hoards of Nikon and Canon zealots out there :)

Anyway, I got stung by Dixons group, the SE kit it awful value for money. But anyway, this weekend I shall be doing some trial shooting with the 14-45 lens which i got from ebay.

I've used some film SLR cameras, never really been a huge hobby of mine but I'm sure that's about to change :)

How funny, I was scanning through to many posts at once. Well I look forward to seeing the UK pictures. I have never been their... So you have to educate me.
 :)

Well, where I am there's a lot of trees. I've ordered the 40-150MM lens, so I would imagine I will be trying to photo some wildlife :)

Welcome to 4/3rds. There really should be a smiley for that, hehe. The E-500 rocks, I have one too :D Hope to see some shots of England, I've never been there either.

Signed,
Charlie
