Hi there,

[1]. I am not banned or anything, just a huge -- mentally, can't, at the moment to support them in any other way -- Olumpus fan. Thus willing eagerly to join 4/3 forum to meet/talk to/exchange experience with other Olympus found I know I can find here :-)

[1a]. I am system analyst and system analysis is what I do for a living. Happily married.

[2]. Enjoying E-1 with 14-54 kit lens, doing shots of, mainly, architecture and -- if circumstances permit -- landscapes. I had been using film Canon 300V, here are few examples: http://grabun.com/zdjecia/newcastle/

[3]. Now, as stated above, I am a happy owner of E-1 and -- since I am having few days off the work -- use it every day. Few shots are here http://flickr.com/photos/72503989@N00/. I hope to post more phots to this forum in the future, if you don't mind.

[4]. Well.

[5]. That's it :-)

Good to have ya. I share in your love for the E-1. That camera has taken a lickin' and kept on tickin'

As you can see, lots of the familiar faces here - that's for sure. You will become familiar to us soon here also. Once you get accustomed to this site and the workings of this software, you'll love it. Again, welcome...

Wow, thanks for so a warm welcome!

Once again I have a chance to find out how friendly and congenial is the photographer's on-line society.

Thanks once again, guys.

EB: I'm just a season shooter; still getting accustomed to E-1, its capabilities and limitations.

BTW: I purchased Marumi WPC polarizing filter and contrary to what can be found on the other forum it works very well (caught three or four flares of which only one was not of my fault). Here's a little sample: http://static.flickr.com/45/117114147_adefbdbaeb_o.jpg (and yes, I like my picture underexposed :-)

Welcome. Nice photos. The photo of the door reminds me of the doors in Spain.:)

Thank you.

I do like sceneries which are full of vivid colours and usually can't restrain myself of making a photo and after that, at home, it suddenly turns out to be most boring scene you've ever seen in which only colours are interesting and no detail actually drags beholder's attention.
