My first entry, homemade cheese and onion enchiladas with a spiced red sauce. Served with oven fries and a blend of chilli powder, onion powder and white pepper.
Garnished with cumin and chilli powder.

I originaly didnt care for the text much either, but I didn't like all the empty space. I have sense removed the text and moved the objects around some and cropped so there not so much empty space, I like the results much better now. Thank you for your input.
