Contest equipment question...

Does the picture have to be taken using an 4:3 slr/dslr? Or will an Oly P&S shot photo qualify?

all shots must be within the time period for the contest, as well as with a 4/3 SLR. If not the pictures will be removed.
Here is the reasoning:
#1 - This is a 4/3 Slr site.
#2 - I don't want people bringing up there best shots from over the last year. The contest's need to spark creativity.
