After waiting and waiting for my free Smugmug strap and not getting it I paid $40 for a strap for my E3. I find with the battery grip that the strap Olympus sends with the camera does nothing but cut into your neck and hurt your shoulders. I bought the Lowepro Voyager S. (http://products.lowepro.com/product/Voyager%20S,2076.htm)

Cost: about $40 Canadian

Pros:

Nice wide strap.
Very comfortable
has a handy pouch with strong velcro for memory cards
has strong metal rings attached to your camera then buckles to remove the strap. So if the strap is in your way and you want it gone, two simple clicks and it is off and can be stowed away.
seems very well built
There are no big words or decals on the strap so you are not a rolling advertisement for a camera company or Lowepro

Cons:

I've heard of other straps that are sticky, or pretty much glue themselves to your shoulder. This one could slide off your shoulder it you didn't have it around your neck
I've seen the Smugmug strap and I liked that it was slightly elastic. Seemed more comfortable. This one is rigid but really it might be a preference thing and this strap is super comfortable.

I would strongly recommend this strap if you are not lucky enough to have one of the free smugmug ones.
