I've only used this lens on the E5, and E510.
The adapter you show above should make it work fine on the Micro 4/3 mount.,

I like the one piece adapters like you linked- less moving...

The E1 is worth every penny of 239 bucks, but did I hear Oly dropped service for it?

the slower planes were tripod mounted on my homemade gimbal.
The Thunderbirds were too fast for me on the tripod so the were all hand held.
