    Default my first macro with fl50 flash

    I took the flash out friday with limited knowledge and pulled this shot off:


    I love how the background is almost black!

    Great, very well done. How did you use the flash, where did you put it? Did you use a reflector and/or diffuser to direct the light to the subject.
    Or does the the Sigma 105 take great macro shots at such a distance that you do not need a special flash setup?

    I would like to know as well, I'm interested in that lens.

    I do not have a 105 or the 150 macro, but I've been thinking about trying my pocket bouncer on my FL-50 w/ ZD 35mm macro. bounce it down from the top with a reflector on the bottom.
