Default tele / wide add-on lens or things not to buy

I picked up a set of adapter lenses from

    http://cgi.ebay.com/Tele-Wide-Lens-F...QQcmdZViewItem

here are the results of a quick shoot in the back yard.

this first set of photos are the kit lens alone at 14, 18, 25, 35, and 45mm, the second set are at same but with wide angle adapter, the third set with the telephoto adapter.

over all the impression is that these lense do not work.

after you zoom out enough to eliminate vignetting the chromatic aberration take over and
    lots of barrel distortion.

I bought a set myself about one year ago (different brand though). Waste of time and money basically, but I have heard that they are supposed to shoot best at f10. I have also used them with an adaptor on my C-750UZ with mixed results. We live and learn.

Panasonic sells one of these for my Lumix FZ20. Why you would need a tele-extender for a 432mm eqv. lens is beyond me. The price was about equal to the cost of the camera when it was a new model. I wasn't even tempted to look at it.
