Hartblei tilt and shift lens

This lens, 35mm f 2.8 is favourably reviewed in the Amateur Photographer.
It is not available in 4/3 mount but I am wondering if it would work with a suitable adapter?

I know the 'crop factor' would make a difference but it would be really handy for lots of DOF.

M42 would probably be the safest bet, but 35mm (short telephoto on fourthirds) doesn't often demand perspective control, and unless you're doing macro f/2.8 won't usually have a thin enough DOF to allow tilt to strut its stuff.

dnproblem with this Hartblei seems to be that it's built for middle format: I'm not quite sure if it's really sharp enough on FourThirds (or crop 1,5x/1,6x) - really I think it's more apt for 24x36 mm sensors (focal length being a second issue in this regard, too)

but if you buy it, please tell us what it's like!
BTW, if you don't need tilt the Zuiko OM 35/2.8 (or 3.5?) shift too would be an option (though it's not cheap, either, and susceptible to flares, according to reviews on the net)

BTW, I wouldn't put it beyond Hartblei if they would build a specialised lens with FT bayonet (an in-built FT adapter, so to speak): just ask them!

It will work, since it's a fully manual lens. Why not? And there are adapters to like half of mounts on that list.
