Default After the rain (7 photo's)

This morning I was asked to take pictures of children at the youth council. In the afternoon it started raining so I could not work in the garden but as it is known that you can take nice shots after the rain, I thought I would give it a try.
    Comments always appreciated.

All taken with the E-300 + ZD 35 mm macro + FL-36 with omnibounce - handheld.

Very nice. I think I liked the snail the best, I suspect because of the reflection on its shell.
    Good shooting,

Cool hand Luke , very nice! I like the land snail( not to eat tho) and the droplets of rain on a rubber plant petal ( sorry can't spell azala, I think ) . I did look at the EXIf info on that one, ty . The spider reminds me from the movie the incredible shrinking man, as is very cool looking , bet in b&w even cooler, JMHO. ty Peter

Hi Luke, i personally like #2 better cause of water drop in the web and the fine detail on spider. I actually took some picture of an identical spider this pass weekend but didn't get as good a result.

Thumbs up Re: After the rain (7 photo's)

There's not too much wrong with those shots at all. Water's a magic substance indeed!

I notice today that Camera House has the Zuiko 35mm f3.5 Macro Lens for $349 here in Australia. I think after seeing you snaps I'll have to rattle the piggy bank while the wifes out!

I like #2, 4, and 5 the best. About #4: I wouldn't normally like that strong a flash reflection on greenery, but it brings out the shiny-ness (is that a word?) of the waxy leaf and the water droplets in a very striking way, and the color and detail are just incredible. The composition on #5 is very nice.
