Just found this on the other site.

I just pulled the photos - if someone understands Korean and whats to translate that would be fine. Lens is a 12-60.

The grip looks like a dog's breakfast, a complete afterthought. I wonder what the weird lump on the top left is?

Nononono! The Korean site talks about sliced raw fish and the complete bedspread...

So do you think Olympus will announce it here - tomorrow? Or, just a great hoax?

Usually I have NDA info a couple weeks early. Now they could be mad at me... Even though I have been promised the exact opposite. But I haven't heard anything to this point. No word during US Open, is what I was told.

now i know at least to hold on tight to my 14-54, which will remain the preferred all around lens.

that 12-60 is tempting, but of the size of the 50-200mm.

and the big wait has just started. again.

    love that body.

Well, there's no guarantee that it's really the final E-To-Be (or not to be), but:

Having no specs or anything of substance to go on at this point, all I can say is that I was hoping it would look a little sexier. The surface texture looks a lot like the 510, which is actually pretty nice.

I don't see an immediate/easy way to control all the AF points it's supposed to have. There's just one button, like all the previous bodies.

I'm not counting on it, but it would be great if the HLD-2 worked on it.

One more thing: where's the AF/MF switch? I see something that looks like a button, but no switch?

    Default AF/MF

Probably menu driven. Hope they allow the option of the function button to control it.

Assuming the 11 AF points are for real, probably, it'll be press the button and rotate wheel, and it cycles through them--they may have a menu item allowing different orders or combinations for the cycling as well. Nobody knows but the Shadow. At any rate, this looks like a genuine prototype/beta, not merely a mockup. They've got it badged as "E-3" and all the buttons are labeled, unlike the earlier mockup.

everything looks weird on that thing.
the enormous mirror/viewfinder bulge and some thing sticking out of it
    the weird bulge Ray mentioned
    the LCD looks plasticy toyish
    the arrow pad

but it looks legit and 99.9% finished.

and I think the AF zone control is placed way too far to the right.

and, since it's paced behind glass, I bet it's still a non-functional model (mockup)

she's rather cute though.. but look at the size of the camera.. same as the e-1 .. no gain there.

    Hi everybody, first post.
I noticed that the AF selector looks a bit like a sphere. What if it was like those rotating wheel mouses? A way of quick selecting and than pressing.

A very astute observation, Lorenzo. I agree, both the thumb indentation and the "button" itself make it look like that is indeed a roller-ball mouse.

Is it possible that its another AF sensor for liveview so that no need to mirror up?

I'm glad to see that the E-3 retains the external white balance sensor.

I'm glad it finally has "E-3" stenciled on it so that I know what to call it.

I see that they included the "IS" badging, but someone forgot to put the one with the megapixel count on it.

And this photo made me laugh out loud, no easy feat at 4AM:
