I have one question regarding white balance ... on a E-510 ,when doing a manual white balance do i really have to fill the whole frame or i can fill the spot meter in the center of the frame ? i don't find the info
on the book.

Yes, you have to fill the whole frame. That is specified on P. 60 of the E-510 manual at point #1 under Setting the One Touch White Balance. If you do not fill the whole frame, you will introduce other colors into the WB setting.
