Battery grip for E-510

I know I've seen this discussed but I ran a search and nothing came up.

Will a third party battery grip speed up my E-510? I was told that the E-1 focuses a lot faster with the battery grip than without. Where can I find the grip for the E-510 and is there more than one on the market? If there is, is there a consus as to which one is best? I plan on keeping my 510 for quite a while and if the grip will make it a better preformer I'd like to have one.

I couldn't detect any difference using either the (old) 50-200 or the 300/f2.8.

I have one for my E-330 and don't notice any difference in camera speed so I don't expect any when I get another one for my E-510.
I am waiting to order one for my 510 because there is a new, more ergonomic, version coming out this month. It looks like it may fit the E-520 also.
The link in a previous post is for the new version which comes in 2 flavours, plain or IR. I don't know which one I will order yet because I don't know the price difference between the two models.

Thanks Bill, Paul & Judd. If it's not going to speed things up like I was told it did on the E-1 I guess I'm going tp pass on it. I carry extra batteries and charger in my truck so I always have plenty of power.

Yes, I heard about the new version which can be seen at the Ownuser site. I checked with GadgetInfinity and they are still selling the old version. So, it now looks like July for the new grip. I guess they are waiting to see if it will fit & function with the E520, that is the only reason I can see for the delay.
