    Default Later in the Day

Now itís late afternoon, 19:11 hours local time. Sunset is still awhile away, but the animals all know itís coming and have begun to head towards their den of choice. Only the fish in the stream below have nowhere to go.

Good shooting, I would hang it on my wall proudly. Nice and sharp and nice colors.

Thank you. Unfortunately, I only have 39 places on my walls to hang 8x10's and they're all taken right now. I am thinking about replacing two of them with my two favorite images from this expedition which I haven't posted here yet.

Thank you. Actually, I never go out to intentionally photograph animals. I sometimes see them in the wild places that I like to visit and then I capture them if possible. All of my "stalking" is for landscapes.

Love that golden afternoon sunlight, E.B. Nice shot. Another nice peaceful spot to sit and 'rusticate'.

E.B. Another very nice one as always. But....the fish are already there. They are always in their favorite place . Thanks for another desktop.

Glad you like it. I'll try something with snow in it tomorrow.

Very nice EB. I wish I was there fishing for supper. I used to fish a stream in Colorado called Willow Creek that looked exactly like this one.

Thank you. From Colorado to Texas is a big change in country unless you were from eastern Colorado. I'm not a fish eater myself, so I miss out on the fishing. I did have a nice meal beside this stream though.
