I am so glad I held onto my Zuiko 90/2 macro. I really would prefer a ZD 100/2.5 or ZD 100//2.8 optic because Olympus is so good at producing world class macro lenses.

    Default 100mm Telephoto Macro & 9-18mm UWA

    Check this document:
    http://asia.olympus-imaging.com/prod...o_lens_eng.pdf
It now says "Release planned for after 2008".
So hitting the marked will not be this year.
The same goes for the ED 9-18mm, according to the same .pdf.

Very interesting read, however the main comparison I'm looking at isn't directly shown. I'd personally really like a comparison of the 50-200mm + EC14 at 283mm and the 150mm + EC20 at 300mm.

I've read quite a few mixed reviews for the latter setup, but perhaps that is because the 150mm is so sharp by itself that adding a 2X teleconverter seems unbearable.

I find the 50-200/EC14 at 283mm and f/5 acceptable, so I'm hoping the 150/EC20 at 300mm and f/4 is acceptable as well.
