Would anyone know why my post of 8 photos of wildlife has been deleted? I finally had the nerve to post some of my photos, and this happened. Something appears a little strange here...What could be wrong with butterflies and eagles?

Could it be because you posted photos in the discussion section...?

Mine is gone as well. I noticed yesterday that there was a brief period where I got a database error from the forum. So I assume they had a disk problem that required them to pull stuff from backup, and anything that got added after the latest backup got lost.

    Dear all,
this Tony's post explains it the best:
    http://forum.fourthirdsphoto.com/sho...301#post491301

basically we lost our main database with ALL the posts EVER.
After trying to salvage unsuccessfully during most of eastern and pacific night but at the end, Tony and I had to revert back to 20 hours old backup, and loosing new threads and posts in the 20 hours since backup.

Your thread with the images was among those lost.

Please accept our apologies and please, please repost your thread with the images.

    Truly yours
    bojan

Thank you! I was actually a little worried, as this was my first attempt at posting photos. I thought for sure there was a problem
