    Lets try this again.

This was one of my favorites. It was taken by my 14 year old son Ryan with an E-510 I had just picked up for him on eBay. Freezing cold at Smithville Lake, just north of Kansas City. I did a little PS on it, but this was basically what we were looking at.

Let me throw couple in, too. One from summer, one from fall.

I've already posted one but thought I'd throw this link out. I've been playing with time lapse and this is approximately 360 photos from my E-30 taken over an hour. I used AP and let the shutter speed change.

Although originally not as dramatic as this, the scene was still quite captivating...

Well, since we don't have sun at this time of year, I thought I'd post a sunset from this past summer (three photos because I couldn't decide which i liked better)

I think the location is obvious, but these were shot with my E-P1.

Hello! First post here. Is it okay if my sunset has some people in it?

Metered my E3 for the setting sun & used the FL-50R hand-held 45 degrees camera left.

For my first post here: One Stands Apart (not too recent as we don't really get sunsets where I live but it is from late-ish 2010):

It's good to see some new members getting their feet wet

People in the composition is just fine...

I don't get to see the sun go down from home

However this just fires me up when I am away!

It's an older shot, but I cant resist:
(The sun is the same as you might see tonight, although the people in it are older today)

Here's one I recently took from my back yard. I can't say much for composition, but the color was brilliant. Taken with E-510, ZD 12-60.

OK, they are not within the last month or so, but from a few months ago - just a small handful from a cruise in the South Pacific in the middle of last winter (june 2010).

All taken within a couple of days of each other.
