I'm not sure what to think of the wind generators.. so here's a version without them:

Beautiful colors, especially #1 and #3. But don't delete the wind generators! They're a critical piece, and the photo is much weaker without them. It has a nice series of linear elements: near hill, power lines, houses, more power lines (could perhaps use a little more local contrast to bring those out more), hills, generators, far hills/mountains.
that first one is especially nice

Thanks, I like wind generators as well, although some might argue they're standing out in a "natural" environment, but with power lines and houses in the frame, I don't think they feel alien.
Here's a Google Maps location if anyone's interested

Especially like 1st and 3rd. In the 3rd one the windmills add so much and help lead you in - the image has a great feeling of space.

Wow. Really cool scenery. Congrats.
I too think the wind generators are OK in the photo. However they also remind me that I think with these things we are replacing one kind of pollution with another.
Well worth the early morning! Great shots and nice to see what your country looks like.
I like the layers very much Marin. The first is the best I have seen for some time, and the subtle colours too.
Another vote for the wind machines from me. They give a sense of scale and lift your image out of the normal scene.

Don
Very nice Marin....love those colors!
Constructive criticism is always welcomed. I am here to learn. Just don't piss me off.

I think it is a great series. I like them as is.
Thank you all
David, not a bad idea, but somehow the hill in the bottom left gives more presence IMO, it's not just a pretty landscape, but gives more depth and you *feel* more there than on a flat version... I hope it makes sense![]()

The first one is killer. Love it![]()
Marin, I don't think you posted the windmill version over at DPR. I actually like that one more. They sort of echo the powerlines and border a path for the eyes to follow. Still my favorite of the batch.
