Default Night shoot at the Lagoon

Typhoon Lagoon, that is. A bunch of lifeguard buddies hired me to shoot stills of their session, from 8pm to midnight.. quite challenging conditions, but I did not end up throwing away many, kept 950 shots out of 1,000 for the proof cd.

Mostly stuck at 1600 ISO, wide open, which with available light left me near 1/125 or 1/160 seconds for many vaguely dark exposures. Thank God for Photoshop!!

I think that they are all fantastic!! Talk about a difficult lighting situation!!
Very well done and amazing to think that you can be shooting surfing at night!!
