I think somebody got something mixed up here - the camera looks very suspiciously like a Nikon 1 series camera. But the photo could of course be a mock-up from a rumor site.

It's definitely not m4/3 according to this report Polaroid iM1836 Android interchangeable lens camera hands-on - SlashGear
The sensor is in the lens, not in the body and the mount sure doesn't look like m4/3 in any way.

But it does come in Red.

And another report says it will work with m4/3 lenses if you get a special adapter and the sensor is in the body, not in the lens. They claim 16 mp while others claim 18 mp. Looks like there is a lot of confusion.

Makes you wonder whether all the reporters are looking at the same camera.

Ah, the plot thickens. The Polaroid iM1030 is supposed to be m4/3 mount, looks like there are different flavours of the cameras with different mounts. Trust Polaroid, they had trouble making two cameras that took the same film.

Looks like it. If you read a few of the reports, the only common thread is interchangeable lenses. One has the sensor in the lens, another in the body but not m4/3 unless you have the adapter, and then yet another based on the m4/3 mount.

My head hurts, need more bourbon.

Why not just go to the horses mouth for the correct infomation. It comes with a supplied adaptor to use mft lenses.

I'm guessing the sensor will be smaller than MFT (Nikon V1 size judging by the focal length of the lens) and there will be a increase in focal lenght when using mtf lenses.

We just had another rumor about a Kodak m43 camera, if I remember correctly. Kodak, now Polaroid. What's next, Minolta? Spiratone?
