    Default Mocean Blurs

    Hello everyone.

I recently captured some slow shutter speeds (as low as 1/20sec) waves and lightning in a raging storm here in Sydney - all shot handheld, in the water.

I wrote an article on my blog about how I captured the images using the Olympus E-M1 and the Olympus PT-EP11 underwater housing and a Panasonic 8mm f/3.5 fisheye. I call them ‘Mocean Blurs’.

    Below a few examples.
I guess it's a little different from what you see here in general...

I hope you enjoyed them - and if you did please leave a your thoughts in a reply here below.
You can find all the other images on my personal blog.

I like all of these but particularly like the second and third shots. Thank you for posting them.

I like these as well. The motion blur gives a real feeling of the action going on at the time.

These are really great, but I recommend including a non-blurred object in your pictures. Then it would be really, really good.
