Default Attempted logins on my account

I would suspect other people are getting this as well but not seen it mentioned so thought I may as well post, I received a notification that there had been five incorrect password attempts on my account (IP address was 207.201.223.197 which looks to be a TOR relay). I don't think it's anything my side as I haven't been to the forum in years and I've not had any other attempts on any other of my accounts.

    Hi,

sorry for not getting back to your earlier about this. There is a bot that is running rampant trying to login into all accounts on the site, looking for accounts that have obvious passwords, such as "password". Unfortunately, the program is rather complicated and is able to change IP addresses so its difficult to do anything about it. Since it only has 5 tries from one IP, I'm hoping it will just kind of run out of steam soon.

I have been getting this too. It is using the Tor network to hide its identity. Some forums block the browser to prevent it happening, which is a nuisance for those of us who use the Tor browser.
