Default Recommendations for Camera Repair for Older Olympus Camera?

I'm curious as to where some of you might take your older Olympus cameras (the ones Olympus won't repair anymore). I have found a few places online, but like to get word-of-mouth recommendations as well. Thanks.

If you are looking for Olympus film cameras like the OM series try Camtech Photo Services at http://www.zuiko.com/ . They overhauled my OM-4 and did a superb job. Reasonable prices but a somewhat slow turnaround. To me the wait was worth it.

Thanks. Mine is an older DSLR, the E-500. I dropped it, and messed up the viewfinder. Everything else seems to still be functional. It was a good camera for me, and I'd like to find out if it's worth fixing, or just buy one on eBay.

I think a used E-510 or E-520 might be a better choice (especially an E-520). Having Live View is a BIG DEAL, IMHO, and a used E-520 might not cost much more than getting your E-500 fixed.

I agree with Rich. A used E-520 would probably cost the same or less than repairing the E-500.

Thanks for the suggestions. Still on the fence on this one.
