    Default Sleeping Bear Dunes (winter)

It's been a while since I've posted here...thought I'd share my most recent outing...A winter jaunt though Sleeping Bear Dune National Lakeshore. Although I've lived near it for the last 16 years, these are two areas I haven't explored.

Enjoy...all were shot with the EM1 on a chilly windy day...and yes I was standing in the water for some of these (thank goodness for waterproof BOG boots).

Thanks for bringing back memories from over 20 years ago. We had gone to Traverse City for a weekend bicycle trip and on the way back to Detroit did some detours to the Sleeping bear dunes and the leelenau (sp) peninsula. Beautiful area.
