I have never felt that my Olympus kit has been a hindrance for my photography. Sure, ISO performance have not always been best in class. But it is my lack of abilities that stop me being a first-class photographer like Jay Dickman.

It makes one weep, doesn't it? I so respect Jay Dickman's advice.

Jay Dickman likes to shoot in what he calls the golden hours. That is, in the one hour after sunrise and one hour before sunset. This gives long shadows and warm light. You can see that in his images. So much for the criticism of Oly's poor light performance. It's the photographer not the camera! Its a pity he didn't include EXIF data.
